Ground chicken and chopped onion get cooked on the stovetop, then mixed with beans, tomatoes and seasonings in a temp-tations 4 quart dish, and baked in the oven. A cornbread muffin mixture then gets spread evenly over the top of the chili layer, and the whole casserole returns to the oven, baking till golden.
