If you’re craving the taste of slow-cooked ribs, then you have to try my Spice-Rubbed Baby Back Ribs. They’re first coated with a dry rub made from chili powder, paprika, cumin, oregano, salt and pepper, cooked until tender, and then covered with barbecue sauce for the last 30 minutes of cooking. Messy, but oh so yummy! Serve with plenty of napkins
