Blender Chocolate Mousse
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 egg room temp
- 1 tsp vanilla or coffee liqueur
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Place choc chips, egg & vanilla in blender and chop.
- Heat cream in Microwave until small bubbles form at edges.
- Pour hot cream into blender.
- Blend until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.
- Pour into crème brulee dishes, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Serve with whipped cream and berries if desired
