St. Patrick’s Mint Shake
- 4 cups premium vanilla ice cream
- 1 1/3 cups whole milk
- 1/2 teaspoon mint extract
- green food coloring
- whipped cream for serving
- Place ice cream, milk, mint extract and a few drops of green food coloring in a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth. Add more food coloring if necessary.
- Pour half of the mixture into two temp-tations® mugs. Top with whipped cream if desired.
